New Discovered Benfits of Kapolbhati

The Lung is bellowed to breathe in and out via 5 gears: (1) Diaphragm, (2) Costal Muscles (Chest), (3) Clavicle Muscles, (4) Thoracic Muscles and (5) Nasal Muscles. The most efficient breathing happens with the aid of all five of them, starting with Diaphragm being the most efficient and the nasal muscles being the least. Babies know how to use the Diaphragm to breathe but when they start walking, they forget this skill. Kapol Bhati restores that loss.  It can be done very slow and deep, and the pace can be increased to very fast speeds with practice. Combining at least Cheat Muscles and Diaphram is called Bhastrika, and Thoracic and Nasal Muscles could be used in combination.

The Heart pumps on its own as an electro-mechanical pump with the signals coming from the Sinus Node and the frequency of heartbeats paces up, along with the breathing rate,  based on the demand made by the working muscles in any exercise.

Kapol Bhati can be used as an Auxillary and Complimentary Heart Lung Machine having a symbiotic relationship with the Heart - both helping each other with heart supplying the blood and nutritions, and diaphragm mechanically pumping the heart, with the heart's own muscles contracting and expanding with little load on their own.

In a Stress Echo Test, the walking is accelerated and one is forced to run to bring one's heartbeat from 70-80 to 140-150 over 15-30 minus. This has not been tested on how fast the heartbeats can be accelerated by jogging as fast as possible from the beginning. But by doing rapid fast cycle Kapol Bhati or Bhastrika, one can boost the heartbeats from 70-80-90 to 140-150-160 with 10 to 20 seconds. And moment one stops the KB, the hear beats fall to the regular frequency.

1, Kapolbhati can help runners run fast. The pace of Kapobhati can then decide the pace of the legs sprinting. It is assumed that the legs are good in joints and the leg muscles are strong.

This can be explained because of the benefits of hyperoxygenation from it, and the movements of the diaphragm act like another internal heart pump, besides the pump behind the lungs movement.

I also noticed that despite 2 Heart Attacks (from stressful life events like son's fall from 2nd floor and loss of 40% brain), I could run 2 miles without losing any breath.  In fact, during my 3 Heart Attack over 3-4 weeks leading to Cardiac Arrest, Kidney Failure, Cardiac Failure, and Fluids in lungs, I could still jog in the first 2 weeks. (December 1st week, the heart was paining and I thought it was cold weather triggering, then 2nd week it became worse but still continued jogging, and 10 days before the final crisis, the Echo Stress Test showed Ischemia and then I stopped).

The Heart Beats in the rhythm of the diaphragm and lungs in synchronicity.

2. In my 3rd Heart Attack, in ICU, I was put on an internal Air Heart Pump to pump blood to all parts of the body, and an external Air Pimp on the left leg to pump the return blood better.  I realized that the exercise is just like an artificial resurrection procedure where someone else pumps air and chest alternatively.

So during the Heart Attack, this exercise can be used as a tool to help.  But one must have a habit of doing it for long hours.

Also, I feel despite falling to fractional Heart Ejection Rate Percentage to 20%, I recovered to 40-45% and expect to recover more.  The heart muscles go into hibernation, and being stroked by the diagram is like retraining.  Modern medicine does electrical shock therapy to do the same. I was a good candidate for the External and then Internal Cardiac Filbritor, but have managed to avoid it.

Meditation Techniques in Yoga and Sufism And Different Stages of Self Spiritual Development

1. Keep Eye focused on any one point with Single-Minded Focus. 2.Raja Yoga, Shunya - Zen is Shen and corruption of Shunya Meditation - my technique (a) Hold your breath (Raja Yoga, Shunya - Zen is Shen and corruption of Shunya Meditation.
(b) Watch your inhale-exhale breath over tip of your nose (Vipassana and useful in countering Jet Lag in international flights),

(c) With third eye draw pattern over AUM, silently say AUM (inhale over 3, exhale over tail, hold over dot - (my technique at 24), or,

(d) Draw infinite or eight over two eyes and do normal breathing (my technique at 50). There is grosser (with movements of lung, chest, collar, throat and nose muscles) and subtle breath (no air is moving without nostril's closed and muscles locked). One is enjoying the subtle breath which is Prana and can't do without it but most people are blind to it. Then there is an external breath, suspended through Yogic Locks at Diaphragm, Costal, Clavicle, Throat and Nasal levels lile a Submarine, and an internal breath, which is the Neural Breath, and as it slows down, one goes towards Hibernation and Temporary Death, which Sadguru likes to call. One needs to learn and train to hold the urge to breathe internally. The brain is trained to suppress the urges triggered at Medulla Oblongata. The brain has suppressed the gross breath. This is easier than closing your nostrils or submerging oneself in water.
3. Listen to Music and sing with Music. One can even dance.

4. Silently (better) or not silently repeat the name of a Divine, like AUM, Ram, Krishna.

5. Silently (better) or not silently repeat a Mantra like Gaytri Mantra, Hare Rama Hare Krishna, etc.

There 7 Stages of Self Development; (1) Servant of God, Duty towards to Others, Service to Community or Larger Cause, (2) Mad Devotion to something, (3) Control over Senses and Desire, (4) Self Knowledge. Who I am?, Aham Brahma Asmi, Tat Tvam Asi, Transient Nature of Time, Pain and Gain, Happiness and Sorrow, Existentialism and Materialism, (5) Self-delight, witness stage to outside world, (6) Desire to be part of Brahman or Universal Consciousness, and (7) Liberation and Merge with Brahman, Marriage with Universal Consciousness, Merger of Lover with Loved.

Tantra and Raj Yoga

Connection of Tantra with Yoga Through Breath and Meditation

Many aspects of Breath, Meditation and Tantra are mysterious and not talked about.

Only experiments with Breath and Meditation can open a possible understanding of Tantra.

There are two kinds of Breaths: Gross and Subtle, External and Interior or Air and Prana, or Apna and Prana.

When an Yogi crosses the mental and physical blocks, he stops breathing one form and the other form is still needed.

In this suspension of life balance, he or she is yoked to the Universal Life Force: the Prana of Macrocosm.

The Kundalini likes to be unified of the Male and Female Ingla and Pinglas at various chakras. The bottom symbolizes the survival and the top most merger with the Universal Consciousness.

In the good and qualified Meditation State, the Neuro Messengers in form of Nitric Oxide are also released, which are Vasodilators and  Aphrodisiac. The sexual organs are at their peak performance.

The suspension is challenged by this but could be enhanced with Tantra where the union takes place but the Shiva Shakti is One now and merged with Universal Consciousness. The bodies remain still creating further ecstasy but not like a common sexual act.

It is gaining the State beyond duality. Tantra enhances the process and makes it easier. But without it, it is still possible to Merge.

Tooth Care Natural Way

After eating, if you make a habit of using your tongue to clean gums and teeth, no cold and hot cycle of drinks or food, and no hard biting, there will be no need to visit a dentist.

Focus of cleaning should be particularly front bottom row and upper middle and rear molars.

If you have cracked a tooth, and go yo the dentist, he or she would extract it. You can save the tooth by not using that side of the affected tooth and giving a rest. Avoid cold and hot drinks. Nature would heal it.

An old root canal tooth, may get get infected because of inflamation around the gum, where food particles get stuck. If you go to the dentist, he or she may ask you to extract the tooth. But by cleaning the infected gum, you may save the tooth. I have done it for 5 years though twice the dentist told me to do so.

If tooth pains, use clove and eucalyptus oil to reduce pain.
If gums are inflamed and swollen, use salt and olive or mustard oil mixture and apply as paste. The salt will suck the fluids and oil will act like a thin film of protective skin or gum layer. If gums bleed, use turmeric powder and rub it.

Consciousness

Western Scientists are still in the Material Mode. This happens mainly because they are in the Five Sensory Mode. They give dominance to Intellect, Memory, Mind, and Ego. So for them Consciousness is that set of processes that govern all that.

They forget that there is a Consciousness beyond the Body and the Universe, which creates everything, all the Universes, Galaxies, Stars, Suns, Planets and all kinds of life. This they ignore because they take it for granted what they function with.

But when you talk to Yogis, and people who have experienced Out of Body States, Kundalini Awakening, Para Normal Perceptions such as Telepathy, Precognition of Events to unfold, etc, they always believe in the Super Soul as the Prana or Ether Energy that is all over the Space. The same energy within one is the Soul.

People waved off the experiences of people able to document what all they saw and heard during outer body experiences which could not have been seen by patients in the bed with some functional Brain. In my own son, when he lost 40% brain, I had forced the Docs in India to change the protocol, and I proved the doctors that my son was aware of what was going on. The doctor was finally convinced. Cambridge University in 2006 also confirmed this, some 10 years later. In another experiment, a doctor could move the body part, stimulating the same part of the brain, which the person used before to move the same body part, did not know about it. So in one case, there was this person's "Self" moving the body part by triggering the body part, and in another case the machine triggered the body part, and the person did not know. These are the proofs that Consciousness is beyond the brain.

In my search of Truth over 20 years, I also chased Physics. I concluded the Vacuum of Space, the Physical Space or the Ether has following properties:

1, It expands like is meant by the word like Brahman and captures the essence of Big Bang and the expanding Universe.

2. It has more Energy than the Material Energy. Like 10 ^ -15 m of Vacuum of Space has Trillion times more Energy than the the Universe spanning 15 Billion Light Years.

3. It has the property of Temperature in all states of the Universe , the Matter, and all forms of Energy. or the Agni mentioned in first sloka in Rig Vedas.

4. It has 9 Static Dimensions and 10-12 Dynamic Dimensions. This is a complex Physics I have come up with which I could use to accurately calculate the mass of He-2-4 using my Geometric Model.

5. It has the building block for Memory, like the Bit and Qubits, but here at Planck level the 9-D Gyroscopic acts like Memory for that space unit.

6. The grouping of these units of spaces and their wiring between, is like Yogic Chitta and Individual Soul, and it derives things like Karma and Reincarnation. So Consciousness spams both inside and outside and is the same.

The Perfect Being For This World

For a long time I was aspiring and searching for Truth in many ways.

I was also trying to heal my son with 40% Brain Loss and when doctors till Stanford had given up. He had lost everything. I had lost my first doll of my childhood which came 32 years later. My childhood was challenged as my mother and father had the same dream that I was the Mother of my Father, and this freaked out my Mother. In Indian traditions they are are the classic enemies. So I sustained an eye injury and lost my vision in the left eye. I had share of my abuses and learnt to stay hungry and take a lot of physical abuse.

So I thought once I reach Self Realization, that is it. Everyone can be Self Realized. All they need to do and believe that they can do it. They have to find their way but for me I concluded Yoga and Vedanta can make it happen.  And a real-life painful episode makes one hungry to look outside the box. In fighting, the Nature reveals its secrets.

When we are born, we are eager to experience the Bhogi.  In extreme, we are like Animals, and become slave. We suffer sorry and happiness, and do not know how to live life. We develop Anger, Ego, and Negative Emotions. We become liars, cheaters, politicians, selfish, and so on. Very few politicians are true Leaders. Most of them are doing for themselves. Same can be said about the Manager Leaders. Very few of them are sincere and most of them are doing it for their own sake. We develop Greed for Material Belongings and Power as if they are the source of Happiness. But in turn, someone of us realize this is not the end!

Then we turn to Spiritualism. There are many paths. For me it was Yoga, Meditation, Vedenta. Hard Work in Technology, Sacrifice of Sleep and Selfish Desires, Truth, Science, Matt, History, Sanskrit, Scriptures, etc., and they were my means.

But I faced a lot of challenges facing the Material World. I felt I had become the Socrates and Meera. The world did not understand me. The nail that stands out get beaten, so is the Japanese saying.

Later I realized, the Adi Yogi Shiva, or the Most Ancient Yogi was both - Bhogi and Yogi! Yogis have their Chakras excited above the Heart level but may be bordering for Compassion and Love for Others. Please see my post on Personality Types. But the Bhogi is enjoying all the lower Chakras, starting from Flight and Fight Responses for Survival and the Swadisth Chakra or the Chakra meant for Sex and Pleasure.

A perfect being should be residing in all Chakras at the appropriate times. In Indian History, King Janak was one of them, besides Shiva.

The other two later Yogis, Hanuman and Bhisma Pita were both vowed Sexual Abstinence. Now I understand why this is important to become Self Realized. The sacrifice of the Senses triggers compensation to the rise of the Higher Being. My Adult life was more or less like this. But this limits to be Yogi only,

BTW, Hanuman was a Giant and Ape Man, like Yeti, Sasquatch, Barefoot, etc., where Man co-lived with Humans. The word "human" goes to "H(an)uman".

Yogic Relaxation - Male and Female Viagra in Yoga

In Sanskrit, the world for Viagra is "vi-ugr(a)", e.g. that causes excitement. Not sure if the scientists behind were also Linguistics or Sanskrit aware.

The mechanism is based on Nitric Oxide, which also sends signals to the brain of  "sense of relaxation" and it is also a Neuro Transmitter and Vaso (Vascular) Dilation to relax the blood vessels and reducing the Blood Pressure.

The Bio Physicist/Chemist who discovered this got a Noble Prize in early 90s.  The Nitric Oxide for Male makes the sexual organ excited and the same principle should be true for Women.

In Yoga, there is a Raj Yoga Meditation practice, which when mastered makes one literally go into hibernated deep state of mind or "deep quick sleep".  |

In this process one develops Nitric Oxide.  This also slows down the metabolism and in some advance stages shuts down the brain and mind.  And it can be used for a "Power Sleep".

In further advance stages, it also produces Endorphins, a morphine like substance, reducing Pain and creating a sense of Euphoria. 

They can also be produced by a long systematic marathon on a round track, where one can be on auto pilot scan and least motor maneuvering but constant and bipedal repetitive motor traction. In one sense this is also Self Hypnotic. Self Hypnosis is also a way to Meditation.

In the Advance Deep State one also produced GABA, Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, plays the principal role in reducing neuronal excitability throughout the nervous system and reducing the tone or tension in the muscles. This adds to the pleasure for sex - relaxed Muscles and Nervous System (Senses, etc.)

In this Deep State, it also produces Serotonin and Melatonin, which is derived from Tryptophan.  The later in Sanskrit is "tRip-ta-paaN". 

Serotonin gives the feeling of well being and happiness.  Melatonin is produced in Pituitary Gland and makes one sleep well. It is also first defense again Oxidative Stress. This may explain the Axis of Meditation on changing the Auto Immune Response and Healing.

Tryptophan is needed to prevent Illness or Death. Deficiency of it also counters hypercholesterolemia (high cholesterol) and pellagra (B3 or Niacin deficiency).

Insufficient Niacin in the diet can cause Nausea, Skin and Mouth Lesions, Anemia, Headaches, and Tiredness.

Triptaapaan is usually found in Vegetables, Fruits and Diary products.  In the early first state of mediation, this relaxes the inner Alimentary Canal and during the process one may pass the excess Nitric Oxide.

In one advance Yogic Asanas and Pranayama, one lock the Anus and prevents the Nitric Oxide from leaking. This I have not tried incorporating so far, but may enhance the Healing.
