The Lung is bellowed to breathe in and out via 5 gears: (1) Diaphragm, (2) Costal Muscles (Chest), (3) Clavicle Muscles, (4) Thoracic Muscles and (5) Nasal Muscles. The most efficient breathing happens with the aid of all five of them, starting with Diaphragm being the most efficient and the nasal muscles being the least.
